Could a teen go through Menopause?

Im 15 and I found an article about Menopause and i got worried because my Private area gets sometimes itchy and dry i also get very moody, my period is weird sometimes, my sleeping patterns are weird, and dizzy. I know that its supposed to be when your middle aged but it says with exceptions so im worried can a teen go through it? please give me real answers!
