Rutgers, New Brunswick or the University of Maryland at College Park?

So i have to decide between RU and UM. I got into the honors college at both, and into Gemstone at Maryland. At both I received scholarships, although UM is still a little bit more expensive (not by much). I am a NJ resident and am planning on studying biology as a pre-med student. Any thoughts on where I should go?
