Why do i get rejected all the time, am i ugly?

im black, got long bangs and short hair cut at the back i have dimples dark eyes dark eyebrows no visible spots a beauty spot under my eye. reali wite teeth. people don't call me pretty or ugly but i got a feeling i an ugly coz i get rejected all the time and people are always staring at my face with a sort of there is something about your face kinda look. i know i'm not paranoyd pls help
